Terms of Service

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Datably, a campaign reporting service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Datably on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that company.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Workspaces may have multiple members with different roles. The person who manages a workspace is responsible for the access they grant to their team.

Your content and data

You retain full ownership of the campaigns, metrics, images, logos, and other content you upload. You grant us only the limited right to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service — for example, rendering it in reports you choose to share.

You confirm you have the right to upload the content you add, including client logos and data, and that sharing reports with viewers is permitted by your agreements with those clients.

When you enable sharing on a report, anyone with the link can view it after entering an email address. You can disable sharing at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other workspaces or data you don't have permission to see, no scraping or automated abuse, and no interfering with the service's operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your reports remain accessible until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep Datably available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we'll give advance notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you've paid for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datably is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Datably and delete your account at any time. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll post the updated terms here with a new effective date and notify account holders by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
